Headed by Chef Alex, the Arella Bistro features two private dining rooms with both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Residents and their guests have the choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner with services including a la carte, delivery and monthly dining packages.
Pet Policy
In our pet-friendly community at The Commons at Vintage Park, we adore our furry residents! There’s a $250 non-refundable fee, and a pet deposit of $150. We also have a pet rent of $20 per pet per month, with a maximum of two pets allowed. There are also some breed limitations in place.
